  We have been there twice now. The new staff member was under a bit of pressure as an accident had closed the road meaning some staff couldn't get to work on time. We had to ask for help in getting the fire to work and should have been shown beforehand. One of the sink basins wouldn't work properly as the plug was stuck. All in all a great place to stay.

  We had a nice one night stay here at Braemar, but some of the amenities such as the spa could have been a bit cleaner. There were significant hard water lines in the in-room spa and the outside one had a bit of a funny smell emanating from it

  Amazing location and scenery. Staff were very professional and very accommodating with everything we required. Rooms are stunning, bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom had a massive double jacuzzi with double shower. Everything was extremely clean. Was a bit spendy but definitely worth it, would go back in a heartbeat.
