  Cosy and great location.
  
  Centrally located close to the thermal pools, units are a little tired but have had new carpets. The rooms are very clean and really comfortable, staff are very friendly and helpful, would consider staying here again.

  What a let down. In-laws booked a night away for a rare break, booking a disabled unit. There was no rail in the bathroom, and staff only offered a small stool to use in the shower. This meant the mother in law could not use the shower, which may have been intended considering there was no soap provided anyway.
  A whole $10 discount was offered.
  Much better options to choose from in Hanmer, so go elsewhere.
